God can guide us by our desires, which He puts in us if we live and commune with Him. In order to submit, we may have to go through hard times, and it’s then that we have to use our faith. In those experiences Satan reveals where we need to “fix” and strengthen something that’s wrong. Suffering is a pressure-tester.
How God Deals With Man
3 Mountains, 3 Leaders
S. R. Manohar from India relates on Mt. Sinai (Moses), Mt. Hebron ( Joshua), and Mt. Zion (David). The first mountain we need to deal with is the presence of sin when we should be in the presence of God. The second mountain is following God fully, allowing Him to fight the battles for us. The third mountain is getting rid of that one stronghold in your mind that causes you to lose strength. It could be disunity, not keeping promises, etc.
1st Love
Brother Manohar preaches about Jesus’s coming into the world in helplessness and totally trusting the Father. He wants us to have faith in God. Jesus Christ gave us all that He has, His nature, and Himself. Do we love Him, or are we offended by Him?
It’s Just a Setup
Did you ever think of your trials as a set-up for success? What we go through can be training to stand in the fire and for making us useful. God has a plan for our lives. Listen to how we can prevent delaying the process of fulfilling that plan.
The Armor of God Part 8
Listen to this powerful service as Pastor Dale focuses on submitting to God and withstanding and resisting Satan’s strategies and timing, causing him to flee. During ministry time Scott Auchenbach ministered a song and words were shared by several women, Teri Armstrong, and Ben Stoltzfus.
The Armor of God Part 7
A big part of our armor and strength is focusing on and spending time with the Lord Jesus Christ. The armor is the truth of the Word, so that we can stand and occupy. (Eph. 6:10-18)
The Armor of God Part 6
Do you know what you are to put off, and what you’re to put on? What about sin, the flesh, righteousness, the responsibilities of the Spirit, bitterness, wrath, clamor, evil speaking, malice, the devil? Find out what the relationship of the flesh is to our spirit.
The Armor of God Part 5
This sermon was preached at Grace Chapel with our Amish brothers and sisters. Preaching on Eph. 6 and the armor of God, Pastor Dale reminds us that if we’re not set free in some area, it’s because we have not accepted a truth. There is strength when the Body of Christ comes together in unity and truth.
The Armor of God Part 4
Eph. 6:10-18 is a summary of the book of Ephesians. We are positioned over Satan, principalities, and powers. You don’t wrestle with armor on. You stand (not struggle) against the principalities and powers with the armor on. You’re seated above your enemies, and you put your feet on the enemy’s neck. Look at the things that are provided by the Lord. God moves through the Spirit:
Changing of the Season
Ralph Wilkerson prophesied over CWI these words: TENT, TABERNACLE, TEMPLE. New paths. New things. New day. New year. He shares how to share the Gospel and to be a fruitful person.
Hot, Hungry, Holy, Happy for the King
Bruce Ladabu compares our loss of heat as Christians to that in the natural on his arctic ski trip to the North Pole. He will inspire you as he compares conduction, convection, radiation, respiration, and perspiration in the natural to what can happen in our spiritual lives.
The Armor of God Part 3
Texts: I Tim. 6:11, 12; Eph. 6:10. Fight the good fight of faith, trusting in the Lord and His power and strength. Don’t let Satan use his strategies to steal your joy, because joy is your strength. It may be years later that Satan’s strategies affect us. We put off the old way of life, and we put on the armor of God, which is the character of God. Knowing the purposes of God for your life gives you hope. You do have victory over the works of the devil. Don’t be afraid of the devil, and don’t engage the devil in a battle you’ve already won.
The Armor of God Part 2
Using many scriptures, Pastor Dale explains what we should resist and how to build yourself up in faith. We are to stand against the devil, because God wants us to have the victory.
The Armor of God Part 1
Pastor Dale reminded us that the joy of the Lord is our strength. We get that joy as a side-effect of being with our Lord and Savior. Our faith will be tested, and that produces patience. Be doers of the word, and see yourself strong in Him.
The Word of Faith Part 6
I believe, therefore I speak. We are to fight the fight of faith in the realm of our minds. Choose to believe the Word. Don’t deal with issues of weakness. We are strong in the Lord. Satan defeats us with negative strongholds in our lives. We can pull down strongholds by confronting them with the Word.
Remember Not the Former Things
Is. 43:18 Remember not the former things. When we repent, Jesus forgives us, and we immediately have a past. Richard shares his personal testimony from his college days in which he gave his life to Jesus. Many people were saved and healed. Praise the Lord!
The Word of Faith Part 5
The word of faith is the foundation of how we look at things. Words are power, and power is only given to people whose character is increased and who are mature. Release what you believe in your heart. The Word must be mixed with your faith.
The Word of Faith Part 4
Believe that God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him and that He is a good God. Watch who you follow, because that will determine where you go and what you receive from the Lord. Choose to go the way of victory. Act on your faith.
The Word of Faith Part 3
There are times when some storms in our lives require our speaking to them. Prayer opens the capacity for faith. The spoken, communicated Word of God is where faith comes from. Our testimonies are our weapons to minister to others. The word of your testimony is powerful! (Romans 10:8, 9, 10, 17; Rev. 12:11; Mark 5:21-21-43)
The Word of Faith Part 2
Romans 10:6 is the text for this teaching on “the righteousness of faith speaks”. What you say will determine how the Word is released in your life. God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Did you know that Peter didn’t doubt Jesus when he went to Him on the water? He doubted his own ability to walk on the water. We, as believers, can walk on the Word of God.
