How Rich Do You Think You Really Are

Friday September 25, 2009
Listen

If you make $50,000 a year, you are in the top 1% of the world’s population. Develop your gifts. Change is not easy and is painful. If you have a habit, it develops a rut in your brain, and you keep slipping right into it when making the same decisions. DO NOT BE SATISFIED THAT GOD’S WORD IS NOT WORKING IN YOUR LIFE. The Word must find faith in our hearts. God wants to rewire you, but in our lower level thinking, He cannot. HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT TO SUCCEED?

Your Inheritance Is a Gift

Friday September 25, 2009
Listen

A competing commitment is a commitment that competes and undermines your true commitment. Examples are: rejection, looking good, fear of man, and fear of failure. Commit to the destiny God has for you and accept your inheritance- you are a new creation, an overcomer, and strong in the Lord. Commit to read the book of Acts.

Vision and Purpose

Friday September 25, 2009
Listen

Ps. 139:1-14. The darkest times are when you are satisfied, have no vision or purpose. DO NOT BE SATISFIED! Discoveryour gift. Develop your gift. Deliver the gift for the glory of God. Determine not to let the devil get it. Do not let the devil kill, steal, or destroy. Knowing God is intimacy that brings conception. Glenn shares that after much prayer and time with the Holy Spirit, he becomes pregnant with a show. There is movement, it gets bigger, and more is brought into it, such as music and costumes. When the birth is about to take place is when Satan hits. Immediately after the show begins, he must seek the next vision. Set your mind on things above. Your mind is the spiritual womb. Your brain carries out the goals to your body. It is the master control of your body. Think heavenly ideals in your mind. Get the mind of the Spirit. How do you renew your mind? 1) Believing and doing the Word of God. 2) Inspiration by God, nature, the Word. 3) Receivingrevelation. 4) Illumination through the Word. The Holy Spirit is like a power line transformer. He distributes the power so we can handle it.

How To Get a New Groove In Your Brain

Saturday September 26, 2009
Listen

Take notes from what you hear and read. You must do what everybody else is trying to avoid. You have to tell your brain to do what it needs to do and to obey you. Transformation technology: God does not want to improve us. He wants to transform us. He is calling us to live a supernatural life. If you see the kingdom of God, you do not care about the cost. Seek what God has for you all day. Take care of your basics- love, God, marriage, family, work. Knowledge is “out of the rut” and does not transform you. We need spiritual transformation. Those who know how to, will get a job. Those who know why will be the boss. Lay up treasures in heaven.

Dominant Visions, Images and Thoughts

Saturday September 26, 2009
Listen

Your life will always move into the dominant visions, images, and thoughts that you have. Advertizing is based on fear, so you will buy something. Relationships greatly impact your life. There are others you need to connect with who have the keys for your life. Your life is defined by your friends. God cannot get some things to us, because we are envious of something in another person. Honor that quality, but do not be envious of it. Do not stay where you are if God tells you to change. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. Do not identify with your sin. God is for us, not against us.

Choose To or Have To

Saturday September 26, 2009
Listen

Dogs love steaks, but they will settle for bones. Where is the steak in your life? Choose to, rather than have to. Conformity is your enemy. Take authority over your life. Ed tells the story of a trip to a gold mine and the lessons he learned there. Be diligent. Find the gold dust in what you are doing. Be a support to those in the harvest field. Support someone to replace you. Create a solution. You have to let go to get the gold. Release it to God. Practice NOT condemning, complaining, or criticizing for seven days. Be a gate-keeper: the ear gate, eye gate, the spoken word gate, association gate, and the environment gate. Who do you associate with? Are you in a dead church? Pre-play your vision. Do you have a scarcity or abundance context of life? Convergence- focus on one thing and get rid of distractions. Congruence- Are you congruent with your destiny? Get rid of “pop-ups”. Be a laser and get rid of the grumpy, critical, condemning, and complaining. Be a believer first.

How to Get Beyond Broken Dreams

Saturday September 26, 2009
Listen

At the end of his life, King Saul said he played the fool. At the end of Apostle Paul’s life, he said he had finished the course and wanted to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and become like Him in death. How do you get beyond broken dreams? They lead to disappointment, the discouragement, then being distraught, then destruction, and depression, and then despair. Glenn tells how he loved nature, his parents encouraged his gift in art, and his father was a wonderful storyteller. He shares how God took him from being a dairy farmer, to a broken dream, to a new dream of marriage and serving in Allentown State Hospital on their dairy farm, to doing paintings in the afternoons when he was not working, to selling his paintings by the truckloads, to buying a camera and becoming a photographer. Do not despise the day of small beginnings.

A Step At a Time

Saturday September 26, 2009
Listen

Glenn continues to tell the testimony of God’s goodness as he went from working for the Allentown State Hospital to Manheim where he had a studio in his basement and worked for Graybill’s Dairy. Then he started slide shows with music, and after displaying his artwork at the Manheim farm show, he had so many orders to do painting of farms that eventually he had to quit his dairy job. He kept increasing projectors for the slide shows and went over the country and into Canada with it. The Lord asked him if he wanted to live like that for the rest of his life? The change was to have the people come to the show instead. Thirty thousand people came to LBC during 10 weeks to see his slide shows with 15 projectors. Then he bought 3 acres for Living Waters. At the same time he was preaching and leading his church, doing portraits, wedding pictures, and slide shows. He shares the miracles God did financially in each step. He left the pastorate and after two men gave him confirmation, he bought the 55 acres that Sight and Sound are on. He tells of a miracle of finding an “ocean” of water for the entertainment center, getting inspiration for Noah at the farm show, and the financial miracle that followed the devastating fire of the first Sight and Sound building. His wife, Shirley, reminded him that it was their calling, not just a ministry or a business, so they rebuilt. The day after she said that, he drew the plans for the Millennium Theater. Everything in his life is a testimony of God taking him a step higher.
