Andrew Taylor is the founder of the APT Foundation, and his wife, Anne, is the founder of Door of Hope. He ministers in Indonesia, India, Australia, Fiji, and the South Pacific islands. He preached on the “Nine P’s in the Life of Joseph.” They come from Genesis 37, 39-47. The first one is privilege, as Joseph was the favored son. We are favored by God. The second one: the pit, where God was working out His plan. What pit do you find yourself in today? Third: peddled for pennies, as his brothers sold him for twenty pieces of silver, but God was there. Fourth: Potiphar’s house, where Joseph ran from the temptation of Potiphar’s wife. Your integrity may cause you to be persecuted. At this stage you might be tempted to question God. Fifth: prisoner, when he was locked up. You might question why you were born. Sixth: Preparation, perfection, purifying, and polishing, when Joseph emptied himself. Do you feel you are locked up by controlling people and situations? He was advanced as overseer over the other prisoners. Seventh: promotion and position, when Joseph is put into the second highest position in all Egypt. He was humble and could handle the promotion. Be humble. Stay humble. Eighth: palace, where the greater the preparation, the higher the promotion. Follow God’s plan, God’s way, and God’s time. Ninth: provision, when Joseph was blessed to be a blessing to his friends, family, and foreigners. He sought no revenge, but he loved his brothers. He was like Christ. Walk with grace and humility in the place of blessing. It is all of God, and none of us, so His kingdom can come.

Cast Your Cares On The Lord
How do we cast our cares on the Lord? We pray with all kinds of prayer, such as intercession, agreement, dedication, and petition. Do not worry or get into fear. We need to pray. Cast your cares on the Lord for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7-9). Satan seeks whom he may devour, but we are the objects of God’s love. Satan roars but don’t be afraid with cares, worries, concerns, and anxieties. Be careful for nothings, but be joyful. In everything by prayer with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God (Philippians 4:6-8). Pray in tongues. Seek first the kingdom of God. You take thought of worry by what you say. You can live a worry-free life. Worry is a sin. You can deal with thoughts by taking them captive to the obedience of Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 10:4-5). Refuse to agree with what the doctors say. It is our responsibility to go to God’s throne room and ask for help (Hebrews 4:16). Faith is not a parachute. Know the Scriptural promises. The Word is the sword of the Spirit. Worry only magnifies the problem. Be a doer of the Word and not just a hearer (James 1:22). Do not just audit the sermon. Take the tests, and know the answers, the Word. Write down in number order your cares, give them to the Lord, and then throw them away in the wastecan. Give thanks in everything, and be positive with the Word, and you will not be able to explain His peace. Think about the good report (Philippians 4:8-9). Do His Word.
Romans – part 1
Paul wrote the letter to the Romans on his third missionary trip. He was on
his way to Jerusalem and wanted to be there by Pentecost. It addresses the
Jewish and Gentile believers, first telling the guilt of the Jews and then the
Gentiles and finally, of everyone. He preached the gospel to believers. He
told them to tell the good news. God communicates with our spirits. We are
spirit beings having a soul (the mind, will, emotions) and living in a body. (1
Thessalonians 5:23; 2:18) Paul wanted to impart something to the Romans
in person. The theme of Romans is found in 1:16-17. The gospel is the
power of God to salvation for everyone who believes. He states that the just
shall live by faith. What God said by faith gives us faith. God's wrath is
against ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth. No
one has an excuse to not believe in God as evidenced in His creation.
Romans 1:24-25 is about exalting science and dulling a person's spirit.
Verses 26-27 is about pride, which is Satan's main attribute. There are
different consequences of sin. You can repent of sin, but there are sins unto
death, and there are sins you cannot undo. The wages of sin are death.
Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed because of homosexuality and
because they did not show mercy to the poor. Chapter two addresses
judging others and practicing what you preach. Circumcision is of the heart
and is covenant. Chapter three tells us that all have sinned. The law shows
your sin and your need for the Lord, but it cannot save you. The
righteousness of God is through faith in Jesus Christ. We are justified in
Christ. The angels cannot repent. We uphold the law by love.

What Is Grace?
(When you serve the Lord by serving others, expect to be watered back by the Lord and His people.) The word “grace” (favor, thanks) appears 156 times in the New Covenant. Do we understand it? What is grace? The dictionary says that it is unmerited favor. We incorrectly use grace and mercy interchangeably. Pastor demonstrated the grace of God using a bright flashlight. It enables you to see things, if you turn it on. You have to receive grace to use it. Shining the flashlight in your eyes is like misapplying grace. Grace makes things easier. Grace is available, even if you are not using it. Grace and favor are interchangeable. It is God’s ability, support, wisdom, helping you, empowerment to you, presence, and it is God doing for you what you could not do for yourself or your own. The charisma gifts, the five-fold ministries, and serving are called graces. It is the New Testament word that describes the fullness of the New Covenant that dwells in Christ and is available for mankind. Grace never allows God to overlook or put up with our sin. Grace does not make a situation acceptable. Jesus grew in wisdom and grace (Luke 2:40, 52). He walked as a man. He did not need mercy. Grace is the ability to not sin, but to walk supernaturally. Mercy is not getting what you deserve. Peter’s walking on the water was God’s grace. It brings you the victory (1 Corinthians 15:57; 2 Corinthians 2:14). You can grow in grace. Jesus needed God to open His ear, and so do we (Isaiah 50:4-6). We have received grace from Jesus’ fullness (John 1:14-17). The apostles witnessed with great power and great grace on them all (Acts 4:33). We have to step out to use His grace. Imagine you have great grace. Abide in grace in faith (Romans 5:1-2, 17). There is an overflow of grace. Grace with a right standing with God empowers you to reign in life. How do you receive more grace? God gives grace to the humble (James 4:6). 1) Humble yourself before the Lord. 2) Ask Him for help. Approach the throne of grace, so you receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). Pastor led us in a prayer to receive more grace. Tongues, be loosed. Increase our boldness, hearing, and seeing. Thank God for the increase of grace to all parts of the ministry. Release words of encouragement by giving grace to one another.
Our Covenant is Better Than Elisha’s
God is not stressed by the things that are happening in the world now. Our covenant is better than Elisha’s, when God took care of him. Because of our covenant and because we have the Spirit of God in us, we have access to Him all the time. You can hear from the Lord for yourself. Elisha knew the plans of the king of Aram by hearing from the Lord (2 Kings 6:8-17). In retaliation, the king sent a huge army against Elisha. He told his servant to not be afraid, that there were more with them than the army against them. We have to walk by faith. Step out, stand firm in your faith, and He will help you. You carry authority. Elisha waited until they made a move, and then he prayed for them to be blinded. He led them to Samaria and then threw a feast for his enemies, and they never raided the Israelites again. Sometimes God tells us if problems are coming, but regardless we need to operate in the wisdom of God. Spiritual gifts are for everyone (1 Corinthians 1:4-8). God is for us (Romans 8:31-34). Do not be in fear at this time. Look to the One who said He will meet all your needs.
Double Blessing
Jesus said that it was better than He go away (John 15:26; 16:7). He would empower us two ways. One way was within us through salvation, and the second way was on us, to empower us to be witnesses and to make us a blessing to others. There is a top-line, working in you and a bottom-line, working on you to make you a blessing. Because of Abraham in Genesis 12, God said that all families on earth will be blessed. Hebrews 6:14 gives us the double blessing. Salvation, the top-line, must happen first. The second work is of the Holy Spirit, rivers for healing (John 4:13-14; 7:38). 1 Corinthians 6:19; John 20:14-17. Jesus reconciled Himself to the whole world. Hebrews 9:24. He did not let Mary hug Him after He was raised from the dead, because He had not yet gone to the Father, but afterward He told Thomas to touch Him (John 20:19-23). His disciples were the first ones to be saved. It is a privilege to share the gospel to others. The bottom-line is to receive the Holy Spirit. The disciples had to wait for His empowerment (Acts 1:4-5,8; 2:1-4). After they were saved and filled with the Holy Spirit, they saw miracles and mighty works, but they stayed in the area, witnessing to the Jews. It was Paul (Acts 8:1; Acts 9) who ministered to the Gentiles. Can the work of the Holy Spirit make a difference? Dr. Wilson, a French missionary, prayed to give his body to the Holy Spirit (Romans 12:1-2), saying that God owned him, and he became evangelistically fruitful. Holy Spirit changed the disciples: Acts 4:33; 1 Corinthians 2:4-5. We have a connection with heaven through the Holy Spirit. Get your eyes on what has been given to you. Step into more. His power is in us and on us. We are well equipped to do His work. Larry Mills shared about his ministry of preaching, translating books. He also runs a coffeehouse there.
Are You Prepared?
“Preppers” are people who prepare for something bad that is to happen. Have you prepared for end times? Hard times will come in the last days (2 Timothy 3:1-5).
Why do people prepare? They prepare out of fear, or because they see danger coming. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail. Prepping in the natural has definite limitations. Our prepping needs to be in the spiritual, seeing God as our Source. Proverbs 11:23-28. No amount of prepping can save you from disaster. Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind, or your savings account, etc. Have confidence in the Lord, do not worry or fear, and remain fruitful (Jeremiah 17:5-8). God loves us. Rise up and stand strong (Psalm 20:7-9). Isaiah 61:3; 58:9. How do you properly prepare? The Spirit of the Lord will tell you.
Samson and Daniel would approach killing a lion differently. Isaac and Joseph handled famine differently. We are the righteousness of God and have a better covenant than these men, so God will protect and provide for us. Psalm 1. Step one is to delight in the Lord. Step two is to declare His lordship. Step three is to trust in Him. Step four is to not fear. Trust that God loves you.
Pastor Syd told of a time in Colorado when the Lord warned him to be careful where he stood, or he would be crushed. Praise God, he listened, and it saved his life. Fear is optional. Resist it. When we are afraid, we will trust in God (Psalm 56:1-13). Trust in the Lord, live in the land securely, take delight in the Lord, be humble, and be gracious and giving (Psalm 37:1-40). No created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God. You can lie down and sleep, because God makes us live in safety (Psalm 4:8). When the Word says that He has made us more than conquerors, it means that we have to take ground back from the enemy. Remember: Nothing shall harm you.
Creating An Atmosphere of His Presence
Everyone can create an atmosphere that brings in the presence of the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 12:11. How do we do that? We can do it by ministering to the Lord through praise and prayer (Psalm 22:3; 1 Timothy 2:8; Acts 16:9-10, 25). Envy, strife, offenses, and trespasses change the atmosphere for the negative (James 3:16; 1 Peter 3:9). We must believe that we receive our requests when we pray and say them (Mark 11:23). Be intentional and available to praise, worship, and obey the voice of the Holy Spirit. Pray in tongues and meditate on the Word. Keep on growing in the things of God, being faithful, consistent, and serving in His kingdom. Glory in the Lord (1 Corinthians 1:25-31). God will anoint you to do with His ability what you know to do. Default into praise and speak the name of Jesus. Get to know Him (Philippians 3:7-10). He gave us the Holy Spirit and His anointing (John 14:16-17; 1 John 2:20, 27).Take responsibility to hear for yourself from the Holy Spirit, and to pray, to sing psalms, and to call for the elders (James 5:13-14). Take heed to yourself that you are not deceived (John 14:6; 16:13; 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12). Pastor Karen shared about the transgender group at Hempfield High School. Romans 1:18-26. Position yourself to do the right thing before it happens. You are an anointed son of God, so worship, be thankful, and glorify the Lord, staying full of God. Luke 19:10. Identity is an issue in the world and the church. Realize you are a son of God, that you are forgiven, and you can please God. Pastor Karen told of the victory she experienced by taking authority and speaking victory when she accidently hit a child. Compound your spirit of praise and DO NOT BE PASSIVE! Ephesians 2:4-6. Jesus needs you to do the work on the earth. We permit our problems by not praying, confessing, and taking authority. Sowing and reaping is the law of the kingdom (Galatians 6:7). You cast out demons; you do not pray about them (Mark 16:17). Abide in the vine and be fruitful. The fruit of the Holy Spirit is internal. It develops character to match the operation of the gifts of the Spirit. John 4:14; Proverbs 4:23; John 15:1-17; 1 Kings 17:1. Walk with the Lord in a greater way. Pray in the Holy Spirit. Intercessors, Major Change, Harvest Time
Prophet Bob Hawk shared God’s word to Colorado CWI from 10/14/21, which applies to the Landisville CWI body, too. He prophesied a major shift to the nation, and a major change and rearranging of the church. Harvest time has come. God’s people will become refreshed, renewed, and refocused. Their goal will be to do His purpose. This is preparation for the end-time church (the people). 2 Chronicles 7:14-16 (AMP). My watchmen (intercessors) take their place in the Spirit and spend time with God and stand and keep on standing. Expect the goodness of God. Good things are ahead of you. The things desired will come to pass. Is there a vision in your heart? Today is the day of breakthrough. Listen and obey what the Spirit of faith says. The water (the Word of God) is waiting for you to walk on it. The evidence will appear. What do you see and hear? Confusion is lifted off of you. You are called to take authority over the works of the devil. Prophet Bob then gave a word for Landisville CWI. I see a plow, a large bulldozer, preparing ways into new areas, which is prayer and praise being pushed by the apostolic power of the word of faith for the glory of God. My Spirit will lead you in the way you should go. Romans 8:14. The time has come to align with operations of grace. 2 Timothy 1:9. Many are called but few are chosen. Few choose to obey and do what is required to do in carrying it through. The time to shift our wills to His will is here. There is peace in the presence of God. Ephesians 2:13. Know the peace of the umpire (Holy Spirit) of your life. Walk in the peace of God. Colossians 3:15 (AMP). Praise will bring breakthrough in your lives. We are redeemed, and we are crucified with Christ. Identify your peace. John 14:27 (AMP). Show up, and He will show up. There is an apostolic call to this church. Be called and move. There will be new places to go. Let not your heart be troubled nor be afraid. Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed. The apostolic call is for churches to be raised up. Show up!
