Pastor Sydney read from Genesis 1:1. The integrity of God’s word. His instructions to us don’t change. God’s word is His bond. Pastor Sydney read out of Jeremiah 1:12, we need to grow in the understanding of patience. God is a God of faith. Pastor Sydney read from John 1:1Isaiah 51:5, and Hebrews 11:3. By faith they did this. God is the subject He created the earth and did it by faith. The link of bridged gap is linked faith filled words. Pastor Sydney read from Psalms 119:89, Do not use the name of Jesus for self gain. Get a hold of the simplicity of God’s promise. Psalms 103:20James 3:21 John 5:4Mark 16:15, and Mark 4:10. Pastor Sydney mentions that God watches over His word to perform it. His faith now becomes your faith. Faith is the fruit of the spirit. If you would believe Him, then you will see.

Jen Ropp read from Matthew 6:24 and Matthew 6:26-31. She mentioned that we are not to be causal about things. Jen read out of Matthew13:22. Worry, corruption, and deceitfulness will choke the word out. Worry will cut off. If you allow worry to be your master it will cut off the word of being faithful in your life. The antidote for worry is peace. The humble will give you grace. The peace of God will guard your heart. Our purpose on earth is not to support our physical bodies. Be a peace maker.

Pastor Sydney Ropp mentioned to buy the truth but, don’t sell it. The integrity of God’s word does not change. Salvation depends upon you believing God’s word.  Pastor Sydney read from Genesis 1:1 and Psalms 103:20. Obeying the will of His word. He who believes should be saved. One who doesn’t will not be saved. Pastor Sydney talked about faith filled words and that you should make them yours. Fear will stop the faith filled word. Don’t take ownership of fear.There is the fear of God that is necessary, the link between spiritual and physical realms. Preach the Gospel and preach the good news. Reproduce life with your words.

Jen Ropp read out of Luke 12:29. Don’t be consumed by what you think you might need. The absence of fear, just know that you are taken care of. Seek first the Kingdom of God. You can make a switch and not have to be in condemnation about it.

Pastor Sydney Ropp read of Psalms 119:1 and Psalms 138:2, understand the character of God. Build relationship with Him. It’s so important to know the word of God. Because, what you don’t know will hurt you. Pastor Sydney read out of Psalms 119:130. We want the renewal of the mind. Romans 12:2 and Joshua 1:7, quote the scripture because you love Him. Pastor Sydney mentions that your brain isn’t your mind. Speak the word of God. In His word is life, in His word there is light. He read out of John 8:30, believing is not enough. It’s dependent on you knowing God’s word and doing it. Romans 10:8, it’s important that they believe in their heart. There is action, you have to believe it in your heart. Acts 20:32, be doers of the word. Self deceit is harder to get out of. You can’t get into heaven because of your works. We are asking for a lot of things but, the word is not in you. Pastor Sydney encourages us to put action to our faith.

Tithe Message:
Jen Ropp read out of Malachi 3:8. She mentioned we are not suppose to steel from God. Don’t try to tell God how to do His job. It has the potential to hurt your faith when you do that. Believe God and be sensitive to the Holy Spirit. There’s a great danger when we begin to change the nature of God.

Pastor Sydney encourages us to engage with the Lord and His word. Take the word and work it. Taste and see that the Lord is good. If we don’t know what the word says, we can’t stand on it. Problem of the church today is how we start measuring or equating the anointing by our feelings. The anointing is Jesus, the anointing is the Holy Spirit. Pastor Sydney read out of 1 John 2:20 and 1 John 2:27. Your heart determines what you would receive from the word. Romans 12:2, be continuous action. We are still in the ministry and not in our own, Hebrews 4:12. If you don’t love the word, it’s not true for you. We are to think God thoughts and not flesh thoughts. The only way we will get the of knowledge, Colossians 3:9-10. We are to become word minded. Pastor Sydney read from John 15:7. He mentioned that our brain is not our mind.  Our word becomes His words. What will come out is God’s word over the situation but, you have to stay in His word. It’s important to have his heartbeat on the issue. Declare His love over your situation, 1 Peter 1:2. Pastor Sydney read from Ephesians 6, it is His grace and Him helping you.  In verse Ephesians 6:17, the helmet of salvation protects your mind. The offensive weapon is the sword is how you advance. You do your part in staying in His word, the victory is yours.  Why does He say be alert? The tendency of our flesh is to fall asleep. Persevere don’t stop, be alert in His word. Blessed assurance Heaven on Earth err of salvation.

Pastor Jen Ropp mentioned that God doesn’t take the tithe. It’s an option. You don’t have to choose to be a part of God’s blessing. Luke 6:38, you don’t believe the scripture if you think God to be the taker.

Pastor Sydney Ropp read from Joshua 1:8 and 2 Kings 22:8. A heart that is quick to change or repent. Demonstrate and allowing the word to shake them. Pastor Sydney read from Isaiah 66:2. It is important to know why you believe what you believe. Where is the scripture that lines up with what you believe? Pastor Sydney mentioned that about how he was brought up Mennonite and saw what the word said about wearing head coverings and found out that he was wrong. He mentioned that he loved truth more than trying to fit in. We need the whole counsel of God. We are quick to answer to something we are confident in. Pastor Sydney read from 2 Timothy 2:15. Rightly divided the word of truth. Giving the true word in the right way. Don’t just take one scripture, look at many scriptures and build on that. Focus on the important things. Don’t give importance to the smaller things. Pastor Sydney referenced Ephesians 5 and Matthew 19. Pastor Sydney read from 1 Timothy 1:9, any kind of sexual sin is included. These sins are all wrong. Pastor Sydney talked about 1 Corinthians 6:9Romans 1:21, and Leviticus 18:22.

We have to be hooked to someone that is not changeable. We are to stay right in the middle where we are supposed to be. The integrity of God’s word is reviewed.Pastor Sydney Ropp referenced Romans 1Hosea 4:6, my are destroyed for a lack of knowledge. Knowledge was rejected and people have a darkened mind. If we allow the word of God to dictate us we will know when we are in hot water. What do you believe about baptism and why do you believe it? You don’t want to take man’s word for it. We are going to look in the bible and see what the bible says. It would be impossible to know what life would be like if the bible did not exist. The bible is the best gift that God could have given. Isaiah 66:2, look favorably on this kind of per, humble, submissive, and trembles at His word. How would we know if we have the right beliefs? Pastor Sydney read from 2 Peter 3:16 and 2 Timothy 2:15. Most Christians spend a lot of time feeding themselves with movies and things of pleasure. Your diet shapes who you are. Whether it be the word or other sources of entertainment, what are you being diligent about? Pastor Sydney read from John 5:31 and John 8:12.
The husbands role at home. 1 Timothy 5:8, scripture that would imply that the man is to provide for his family. Ephesians 6:4, a father’s role in the home and the father is responsible for teaching his child. Ephesians 5:25, husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church.
The wives role in the home. Pastor Sydney read from Titus 2:3Proverbs 14:1, every wise woman builds her house. 1 Timothy5:14 and Proverbs 31:10, attribute of a woman. How she responds to her husband. What are you called to first as a wife. The wife takes care of her household but, also manages everything else she is called to outside of her household. All the do’s and don’t are there for your and is not there for life to be difficult. Let the word be your pattern.

Pastor Sydney Ropp mention that he cannot make us want to receive. He(Lord) is the rock of our salvation . It is important that we take a hold of what the word says. When you look at the word through culture things tend to get slanted. Pastor Sydney read from Psalms 119:162. Spending time with the Lord should be a joy and not a drudgery. If it is a drudgery you should stop and ask the Lord to check your heart. What is it that form your beliefs? Allow the word to transform your beliefs be transformed in His word and not to the world. Line the word with word. We don’t abandon one calling for another.
Zack Armstrong  mentioned that it is good to try and find common ground. Acts 17 and Mark 10:17.Our culture does not follow biblical beliefs. It is important to find common ground and engage the person. The best argument about abortion. Our culture loves science. Is it life and where does life begin? Life begins at conception? The formation of the zygote formation of the egg is the formation of the human being. In this case science is on our side when it comes to the definition of when life begins.

Pastor Sydney Ropp mentioned that we are not going to define truth by our circumstance and our. Pastor Sydney referenced Psalms 119:162. What are you believing? Are you letting the bible shape your beliefs? 2 Timothy 3:16, teaching, rebuking, correction, and training. Teaching tells you the road to walk on. Rebuking tells you that you have gotten off the road. Correction tells you how to get back on the road. Training tells you how to stay on the road. Exodus 21:22-23, accidental injury and is not intentional. Pastor Sydney read from Luke 1:34-39 and Exodus 20:19Romans 13:9  had been referenced. 2 Samuel 1, message about Saw being killed. Assistant suicide is another way of murdering someone. Genesis 9:5-6, God demands justice. Romans 1, talking about capital punishment. Government authority is instituted by God. Hosea  4:19Acts 4:19, God has set government to punish the evil doers. Personal vengeance and God’s justice are two different things.

Pastor Sydney Ropp referenced John 17. Pastor Sydney read from Ephesians 1:17, when we are speaking in the name of Jesus it is on His behalf. When using His name, it is to continue the work He started on the Earth. Pastor Sydney read out of James 4:6 and Acts 3:1. Peter is setting precedence the authority of Jesus’ name has not gotten any weaker. Acts 3:1, Hew was carried there and begged people going out of the temple. Faith in His name has made this man strong. Season of refreshing. They heard the word of God. There is salvation in no one else. Pastor Sydney read from Revelation 12:7, bringing about what God said about the situation.

Pastor Sydney Ropp spoke out of James 1:6, don’t be deceived. Pastor Sydney gave the example of home or renters insurance, they list it as an act of God whenever a catastrophic storm damages property. No that is not the case. Pastor Sydney referenced Romans 10:17. He read from Romans 10:8, a preacher is anyone who opens their mouth and preach the gospel.  Pastor Sydney read Isaiah 53:1. Steve Lavenice shared a testimony on how he began attending at Church of the Word International. Pastor Sydney and Jen gave testimony about the births of their children. Pastor Sydney referenced John 14:12, turning point of their lives.  Pastor Sydney read out of Mark 11 adnd Psalms 23, hold fast to your confession.

Pastor Sydney Ropp read from Psalm 119:10, the blood of Jesus. There is a seeking after and treasuring. The recipe of the supernatural is to go on your behalf. Pastor Sydney read from Luke 11 and Matthew 11, 2 Timothy 15:3, and 2 Timothy 2:15. Pastor Sydney read from Genesis 5, before the law. He also read from Romans 13:1, what rulers are supposed to be like. It’s for good for your benefit. Swords were not meant to spank people, they were meant for killing. God wants the avenger. God will deal with it. You are not to avenge. Pastor Sydney read from 1 Peter 2:13 and Acts 4:18:21, these people are their simple authority. Acts 5:29, we must obey God rather than man. We are not to seek revenge, it is not wrong to want justice being served. Pastor Sydney read from Romans 12:9, it was written as a letter. Be persistent in prayer. In Romans 12:19, friends do not avenge yourselves. Pastor Sydney read from Proverbs 25:21-22., conquer good with evil. Pastor Sydney read from Revelation 6:9-10, the Lord tells them to hold on. Desiring Justice. Don’t seek it on your own.

Christ in you is the hope of glory. Pastor Sydney read II Peter 1:3, to know the father and the son immediately. He has given everything required for life. Pastor Sydney also read out of Genesis 9:1, setting forth the rules of what is to take place. Genesis 9:7, sign of the covenant. God promised He wouldn’t flood the earth gut, there will be capital punishment. Man is authorized to carry out justice. Pastor Sydney read from Romans 13:1 and 1 Peter 2:13, a government is God’s servant for you. Romans 12:9-17, submit to his laws. My rights God gives rights. We become selfish or self centered. He read from Exodus 22:2 and Luke 11:21, His possessions are protected. Nehemiah 4:16, how do we rightly divide. Pastor Sydney read from Matthew 5:38, submit to the government.
