Purpose Of The Baptism Of The Holy Spirit

The baptism of the Holy Spirit can only be received by a believer in Jesus Christ. He comes by invitation and sometimes by the laying on of hands. He comes on, in, and with us. He comes to empower us to be Jesus Christ’s witnesses and to speak the Word boldly.
